• You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time & Rates

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost).
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays & Lost Packages

• While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@brownbutters.in with your order number for assistance.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Brown Butters is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • A description of the issue
• We will review your case and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement.
• All orders will be delivered within 5-7 Business days.
