Why No Returns?

Our body care products are designed for direct use on the skin, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returned items. This policy ensures that every product you receive is fresh, untouched, and safe for use.

Damaged or Defective Products

We understand that issues can happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@brownbutters.in. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or defective product(s)

We’ll review your case and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement. Replacement will be done within 5-7 Business days. We are not providing any kind of refund due to nature of Business.
